Privacy policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy explains what Hottoria does with personal information when you visit , place an order, or contact us. It applies to information collected through the website and through email or phone communications related to an order. This policy is maintained for Hottoria’s operations in the United States and addresses rights available under applicable United States state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. Where we refer to rights available to visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those references are provided as a supplement for international visitors and do not change the fact that Hottoria operates from and is established in the United States.

What we collect. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you bought. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. We also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on the site.

Why we collect it. We use order information to process payment, ship your order, send tracking updates, handle returns, and respond to customer service messages. Technical information helps us keep the site working, detect unusual activity, and understand which pages are used most often. If you sign up for email updates, we use your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with. We share information with service providers that help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery providers, and website hosting and analytics providers. These providers receive only what they need to perform their function. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle returns, refunds, chargebacks, and legal or tax requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate or de-identified form. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no legal or operational reason to keep it, we will remove it.

Your rights. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Hottoria does not sell personal information. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, and to request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@hottoria.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Cookies. The site uses cookies for cart functionality, checkout, and basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

Children. The store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Contact. Privacy questions can be sent to info@hottoria.com or by mail to 6329 Ruebush Rd, Dublin VA 24084, United States.
