Hottoria accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
The payment methods shown at checkout are the same methods listed on this page. If a card or wallet is not displayed at checkout, it is not accepted for that order. We do not accept cash on delivery, money orders, or bank transfers.
Payment is captured when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement under the Hottoria name or a close variation of it, depending on how your card issuer formats merchant descriptors. If you see a charge that you do not recognize, contact us at info@hottoria.com before contacting your bank. We can confirm the order details and help resolve the descriptor mismatch faster than a chargeback.
Card details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and handled by our payment processors. Hottoria does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. PayPal transactions are completed on PayPal’s platform under PayPal’s own terms.
If a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method used on the order. The processing timeline for refunds is described in our Return & Refund Policy.
