These terms apply to your use of and to any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are. Hottoria is an independent brand operating from 6329 Ruebush Rd, Dublin VA 24084, United States. We sell apparel and accessories within the contiguous United States. The Hottoria name, logo, product photography, and the text on this site belong to us. is the only place where Hottoria products are sold directly by us.
2. Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by sending an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed when we ship the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we email you before shipping the rest of the order so you can decide whether to wait or cancel that item. We may decline an order if the payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address is incomplete, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent. In that case any amount already charged is refunded to the original payment method.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in United States dollars. Shipping is free on every order, and there is no minimum order value. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is captured when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement under the Hottoria name or a close variation of it, depending on how your card issuer formats merchant descriptors.
4. Shipping. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the contiguous United States takes 3–5 business days after the package leaves our facility. We choose the carrier based on package size, weight, and destination; the 3–5 business day estimate applies regardless of which carrier handles the package. 5. Returns and refunds. You may return an order within 30 days from the date you receive it, for any reason. Returns are free, and there is no restocking fee. We ask that items come back in the condition you received them, with original tags or packaging included. Once a return arrives at our facility, we process the refund within 1–2 business days; your bank or card issuer then needs 7–10 business days to post the credit. The detailed procedure, including the information we ask you to send with a return request, is in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy governs if anything in this section is unclear.
6. Product information. We describe items as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements, and print or hardware details. Colors can still look different depending on your screen, and measurements can vary slightly between production runs. If a product arrives materially different from its description, that is covered by the return process rather than by a separate claim. We do not make claims about a product beyond what appears on its product page.
7. Acceptable use. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, scrape the site at a volume that affects other users, or use the site to transmit unlawful or harmful material. Content on the site is provided for your own use; you may not republish product photography or site text for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Third-party services. Checkout, payment processing, and some analytics are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9. Availability. We aim to keep the site running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, or technical faults can make the site temporarily unavailable. If an outage affects an order you have already placed, we contact you by email.
10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost opportunity, arising from the use of the site or from a delayed delivery.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Virginia. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@hottoria.com — most issues are resolved at that stage.
12. Changes. We may update these terms when our operations change. The version in effect for your order is the one published on this page on the date you placed the order. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
